From there, you will return to MATERA and enjoy another personal, half-day guided tour of the Sassi district. After a quick transfer, you’ll be free to enjoy the afternoon in TAORMINA —world famous for being the “melting pot” of many ancient civilizations. You are free to luxuriate in the cliff-hanging, old-world resort town, and wander through its elegant gardens or ride a cable car down to the beach. Savor the flavor before transferring back to Catania.
